Four things, then your drone ships.
We check all four before anything leaves us. Have them ready to speed up the process.

Hired-in equipment insurance
A hired-in (non-owned) policy covering the full replacement value for the whole hire period. We need the Policy Schedule — not a certificate or a screenshot. Your own drone insurance usually won't cover kit you don't own.

A valid CAA Flyer ID
Free, online, about twenty minutes. We don't ask for an A2 CofC, a GVC or an Operational Authorisation — a Flyer ID is all we need from you.

Your own Operator ID
During the hire you are the operator. Your label goes on the aircraft before every flight and comes off before return. We supply a blank label and a pen in the case.

ID and proof of address
A quick online identity check plus a bill or statement from the last three months matching the delivery address. We only ship to a verified address — no exceptions, and that protects both of us.

STEP ONE
Pick your week
Choose an aircraft and a free week. Pay the hire charge and the £249 deposit in one go.
SAME DAY
Send your documents
We email a checklist straight away. Upload policy schedule, flyer ID, photo ID and proof of address.
MONDAY
We dispatch
Once all four are verified, the case goes out by insured courier for next-day delivery.
TUE - MON
Your week in the air
Attach your Operator ID, check the airspace and enjoy your week in the air. If you experience any problems, contact us and a real member of our team will respond as soon as possible.
RETURN MONDAY
Pack and collect
Repack the case by 9am and the courier collects from your door. Deposit released after inspection, usually within 3 working days.
